7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-refundable once production begins.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

8. Customization Policy

Customized furniture orders are made according to your specifications.
Once approved and in production, these items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
